Candy Apples

This story was created with a group of 9 residents in a senior living facility. This group was able to fully immerse themselves in the play aspect of storytelling; they allowed to embody the characters and submerse themselves into the story. Some participants went so far as to act out the way the characters spoke and moved, while others were happy to build on their inspiration. While it is a simple story, the true magic was in the level of engagement and excitement seen in each participant as the story unfolded.
